We've been quietly working on Chaotic Engine for about two years, and we're excited to release it in a closed beta. Chaotic Engine is a new game engine designed for building high-performance, visually stunning, and immersive games specifically for the web.
We built Chaotic Engine from the ground up to deliver performance, scalability, and ease of use. Here’s a look into some of the features that set it apart from other web gaming solutions:
Chaotic Engine leverages the latest advancements in web technology:
With our rendering engine, you can create breathtaking visuals that rival traditional console and PC games:
Our custom ECS architecture is designed for scalability and performance:
From simple animations to complex behavior trees, our animation tools make it easy to bring your characters to life:

You can request an invite by visiting our Request Invite page. We’re selecting a small group of developers to test the engine and provide feedback.
It’s designed for indie developers, small teams, and even larger studios looking to create high-performance, visually stunning games for the web.
We only support PC experiences right now. The games you create with Chaotic Engine are playable on PCs with any modern web browser that supports WebGL2 and WebAssembly, but we recommend the latest versions of Google Chrome or Firefox. The editor itself runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Absolutely! This beta phase is all about working closely with developers to refine and enhance the Chaotic Engine. Your input will play a huge role in making the engine even better.
Pricing details will be announced closer to the full release. During the closed beta, the engine is free to use on projects that make less than $120,000 USD revenue per year. Any revenue generated beyond that threshold is subject to a 10% royalty fee.
We’re providing direct access to our team via a dedicated Discord server for all beta participants. We're working on developing documentation, tutorials, and sample projects.
